It is very stressful experience, imagine you are travelling to a strange country and you arrive without belongings no clothes, or important things; may be business trip or official trip and all agendas of meetings in the luggage and you don't get it.. it is unimaginable stress experience.. and official at the Airports are just take it easy.. and then saying giving people's belongings to charity.. can you imagine !!!
